Shipping policy

Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Survival Tactics Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, or import fees associated with their order.

For international shipments sent through Canada Post, applicable duties and import fees are prepaid at checkout to help facilitate the import process and avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their destination country. Survival Tactics Supply is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, returned, or seized by customs or other government authorities.
